The Chief Marketing Officer, Tropical General Investments (TGI) Group, Probal Bhattacharya, has said the decision to introduce the Golden Terra Soya Oil Mega-Fill Pack, into the market, stemmed from the need to excite consumers with a pack size that would meet their weekly purchase, and offer affordable Soya Oil for their meals.
He stated further that the decision was also based on the need to meet some consumer insight, regarding the yearnings of consumers in that market segment for an all- purpose cooking oil pack, and a strong need to reiterate the brand’s commitment to offering value and retaining the benefits of good health, taste and convenience.
” We are moved by the level of satisfaction consumers have expressed in their feedback on this pack. We believe that as the positive word on the Mega–Fill pack spreads, more consumers would be encouraged to accommodate it in their weekly purchase needs,” he says.
“Golden Terra Soya Oil Mega-Fill Pack offers value when it comes to balancing quality with affordability, while also retaining the benefits of good health, taste and convenience. This is the standard we have resolved to maintain,” he stated.
Interestingly, the recent introduction of the tamper-proof pack to the Nigerian market has continued to gain positive consumer reviews as its popularity rise steeply.
Expressing her delight on the new Mega-Fill pack, a consumer, Mrs. Ehi Osadolor, believes that since the oil now comes in refill packs, it will go a long way in accommodating consumers, who desire to cook with the all purpose cooking oil, but are low on funds.
“As a mother of three in this economy, I am very mindful of my spending. I’m happy the manufacturers considered us that like to eat healthily but do not have much money to buy in bulk”, she said.
